My car got a flat tire at the Taco Bell in Madison at 5:15 pm. My insurance company, USAA, arranged for Jackson Towing to pick up my car. The ETA was 8:15! At 7:45 my insurance company called to check on us. At 8:15 they called again to verify arrival and there was none.nThey tried to call and got no answer. At 9:00 I tried to call their number and no answer or voicemail set up. I called my insurance company and asked them to please send someone else. I had my 2 children with me. The next company came as quickly as possible, but I still didn't get home until 11:30!! No answers, no response, nothing! Pretty much the same amount I will consider using them again...NEVER!!
