I work for a company who dispatches services all over the US for towing, and minor roadside assistance. After over 30 phone calls to various service providers in that immediate area, and some not so close, Noone would assist my customer who was disabled in Sparta. Well, I got John on the phone, and he was ready, willing and able to do the job. For that, I thank you sir. If you need help, this is the guy to call. He is fast, friendly and willing to go to any length to help with customers who are stranded on a late Sunday afternoon. He is the HERO of the day!!!!!

I really want to thank you guys and express how grateful I am for your guys’ service yesterday. And I want everyone to know these guys are absolutely wonderful. I blew a tire out on 71 N south of Harrisburg and my car battery died as well. I managed to get the tire off, but it was too dark to safely change the tire without hazards and flares to get vehicles to move over to the left lane. It was pitch black dark outside, but Scott did his diligence and found me eventually. He was able to get my spare on quickly and jumped my car. He stayed with me until the windows defogged and watched for me to have enough clearance to safely drive away. He then went above and beyond and followed me to the next exit where it was safe to check my tire pressure in the spare to make sure I could get home.nnThese guys provided an excellent service in moving as quickly as they did late in the evening and being polite as well. Thank you again everyone and especially Scott. Merry Christmas guys!

I had a flat tire going down US Highway 441 toward Eatonton Georgia, I called Jackson towing and they were there within 20 minutes and fixed my tire perfectly. I highly recommend this business for roadside assistance, he has a wonderful family! Thank you for saving my day!
