Drove from Athens ga to get my roll back washed and they said they can’t wash my truck because they have only one employee. The other quit. They’ve been turning others away... But these guys did not turn me away. They were very respectful and professional and took care of me anyway! They did an awesome job as well. Thank you guys!!
Always a pleasure at purcells. They jump on the washout as soon as u pull in to bay. Almost by the time you are done paying the hopper is clean. Owner is friendly n always treats me with respect
Great hopper washout. He didn't leave any residue inside my trailer.
They close when they want. I was there before they closed the refused to was my truck. So if you want your truck wash it really closes like an hour before they say there closed.
Slower than dirt washing trucks. I watched them repeatedly go over the same spot like 4 times when it was clean the 1st time. Maybe that's why it took over 3 hrs to get thru the line. On top of that I was charged $130 for a truck and trailer wash plus trailer washout. From the looks of it they missed alot while doing the wash. I would complain but I can't afford to waste 3 hrs again just for a wash. Never again.
