Night time technician crew is very professional. Had business with them a few times. You go in and they get the job done quickly and professionally. On the other hand, Mike S from the daytime crew seems like he knows his job but he’s so undisciplined. Had to wait for almost 7 hours just to hear from Mike that he doesn’t know how much longer I have to wait. That’s ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. Get the job done Mike or go home!

Only idlers work in the workshop. They work for themselves, not for the drivers. I was in their office for 1 hour, no other client was there. None of them even asked what I wanted. They talked among themselves, drank coffee, filled out papers. In general, they received a salary for idleness. As a result, I left, I could not endure this bullying further. 11/03/2020.

Not sure if it’s a corporate policy to mark up parts or if it varies from location to location, but the audacity to mark up a coolant tank for a Freightliner Cascadia by 59% is criminal. $322 all day long from the local Freightliner dealers nearby but yet this TA decides to charge $511 for one. Unacceptable and disgusting business practice. I do my PM’s at TA/Petro when I’m on the road but not anymore.

The store was fine thanks thumbs down on the service is n oil change and employee starting a fight with a costomer after 2 an half hour oil change
