They're out of bulk oil so they told me I could go buy my own oil in store and still pay the normal cost for the oil change. I've had a few hiccups with service in the past but this one takes the cake. If you're going to be out of bulk oil you should at least have a system in place to offset the cost of customers having to bring their own
Brandon Is the service manager , and instantly fit us in, replaced our back 2 tires in record time. 20 min flat. . This could not have been achieved without his associates and service men Chavis, Justin, and Garrett working as a team. Highly recommend the service center at this location...
I had a flat and decided try walmart for a new tire and this has to be the worst customer service ever. They even made me put my own air in my tire.NEVER GETTING TIRES FROM THIS WALMART AGAIN.
Needed a battery.. added an oil change. Service was great.
The worst service I’ve ever had in a Walmart, and that’s saying a lot. All of the “technicians” sitting around smoking while I’m waiting inside for 20 minutes to be helped. All the while other cars come pull in and get service first.nnAWFUL auto center.
