I had a dent in my new model 3 Tesla that I have no idea where it came from (probably a shopping cart in a parking lot). The dent was in a really hard-to-access place. To make matters more challenging, Teslas are made of aluminum, which apparently is more difficult to work on than steel, so the dent was a bit tricky. Rick was able to get the dent out in such that it looks like nothing ever happened. Because of the location of the dent, Rick had to drill into the side of the trunk panel. After much discussion and considering the alternatives, I gave Rick the go-ahead to drill into an area that is totally hidden from view, the underside of the trunk lid. He was able to plug the very small hole with a very small rubber stopper. The end result is that the work was flawless and the price was more than reasonable. My experience with Rick is that he is an honest, upstanding craftsman. It's good to know that there is someone this talented in our city.

🚗The name says it all Rick is in fact the dent master, or master of the dent if you prefer. Lets just say.... he took the dent out of my truck without putting a dent in my wallet! 😎(sorry I love dad jokes. 😬😜🤣) #sorrynotsorry I was so happy to get my truck back with out the huge dent in the door. The last thing you want to do is paint a single door on your vehicle and the fact that Rick can take the dent out without having to repaint AND not having to be without your vehicle for a week AND it cost a fraction of painting is so amazing. He is upfront and honest with his pricing and in my opinion more than fair with what he charges. I hope I don’t need to see him again, however, when that day comes I would not hesitate to take the vehicle back to him again.

Took my car to Rick so he could look at damages to my car. He said he'd rather not do the work for my car because damages were so severe that I need to go to an auto body shop and have them fix it. So, even though he did not work on my car, he was honest, upfront, and gave me his professional and personal advice. Thank you Rick for the care and integrity you showed today.
