I had an absolute terrible experience with another local Allstate agent . I decide to call this location and let me tell you that Amy was absolutely amazing. I expressed my concerns and issues with my previous agent and she immediately apologized on Allstate's behalf. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns in a matter of minutes. She followed up with me daily and was quick and precise. I ended up leaving Allstate and cancelled my policy ONLY because of better rates. I wanted to leave a review for Amy and her team here though for giving absolutely wonderful and professional customer service. If I ever decide to come back to Allstate I know who I will be calling. 5 Star Review goes to Amy. Thank you again for all your help and advise.
