This office could be a case study in Theory of constraints assuming the patient is considered the product and not the customer. The doctor was friendly if not impersonal. I never got his name, but all things considered not unexpected. The time between getting dilated and getting examined was around 45 minutes. I thank the delay was a little longer than necessary. The office is like an echo chamber and it was very hard to hear individuals because I couldn’t help hearing everyone in the office. Overall not a terrible visit, but not a good one either.
