Should disclose information to parents over the phone prior to appointment. Especially when it involves insurance and which ones are in network.

Con: The receptionist has the glass door closed at all times so you cant communicate or even allow anyone to know you're here for your appointment. Also we havent been seen yet 20mins plus beyond our scheduled time.nPro: the doctors know there material I feel like it's a coin toss with this location.
