I had no problems here. The sign in process was easy and the doctor was very knowledgeable. Everyone was nice and friendly. The service was fast and everything was fine.

Do NOT waste your time at this place. “Convenient, quality, caring”? Yeah right! The girl at the front desk couldn’t have cared less about anyone there (and wasn’t wearing a mask). I waited 70 minutes with 6mo son to be seen and never got an update, never got called back, never got anything! I walked out. We are new to town and came here because it was close to our home. We will never return. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.

Atrocious wait times and they keep saying they’ll send eScripts to the pharmacy on base, but don’t. You have to call them about it 5 times before they send it.nnSeriously though, the wait times are horrid. My wife went in for a problem with her foot and like 8 patients that came in after her have already left. It’s been 2 hours and she sends me a Snapchat of the Doctor talking to the receptionist about White Claws. Get your priorities in order. Terrible.

Do not go here!!! Boyfriend waited over an HOUR for a simple prescription for an ear infection. Absolutely ridiculous
