Exceptional service. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The owner Mr. Pullman was even in there. He made sure I knew what exactly what was wrong with my tires and rim. They were quick and straight to the point. The general manager (Mike) was a big help with scheduling and being helpful. Very nice staff. Thank you!

Got a nail in my tire and needed help. Went into Sunrise Tires because it’s close to my home and was told I needed four new tires, then after telling them “No! I just put new tires on my car.” They put my donut on my car, charged me $20 and sent me on my way... oh the spare they put on was flat which I found Out once I got home. I finally inched over to BT Pearson and was welcomed and then told immediately because of the placement of the nail I would need a new tire but they didn’t carry this brand. After a few phone calls I got the kind of tire I needed brought to me from Utah County. I came back to BT where they took my flat and new tire and fixed everything up perfectly for FREE!! They were so happy to help and had such positive energy!! BT just gained a customer of life and I have four cars, so we couldn’t be happier!! Thanks guys for helping me feel safe and for caring.

I can’t recommend them enough. Taylor is great, Mike is awesome. They take care of you like you’re family. Make an effort to remember your name, text you after fixes to make sure everything is running well. Clean facility, honest and hard workers. Best car shop in St. George!

Had a great first experience at BT Pearson Tire & Service! Went in for an alignment that turned into more work, needing two new tires and a control arm! I was in a bind needing to get the work done ASAP but also being stranded without my car all day with two young kids in the St. George heat wasn’t ideal. Once I mentioned needing to arrange a way to get my husbands car from his office so we’d have a ride Taylor immediately offered to ride with me to get my husbands car even helped move car seats then drove my car back to the shop and they had it done that day! Would 10/10 recommend! Pricing also seemed very fair! Just all around good people! I’ve found my new tire & service place for good! Thanks again Taylor!

Second time coming here to the bluff street location. Both times I had a positive experience. I feel like they are very upfront and honest with their diagnosis and don’t try to up sale or over sale for their own benefit. Very happy with the quality of work and the way they treat you as a customer.
