THEY ARE AWFUL TRAVEL AGENTS!!! My flight times were completely changed and they decided not to me!!! I called American Airlines myself two days before my trip on a whim and they told me! I had to change my entire flight plans and I was going for a wedding! I ended up arriving to my location the day of the wedding and it was awful! I had to pay two extra nights for a hotel because I couldn’t get the flight I ORIGINALLY BOOKED. Do not use their services!! Save yourself the hassle and the ruined vacation.

They say the travel agent industry is dying. I can see why that is true after having to deal with Ron's Travel. Gabriel is so rude and pompous, not at all professional, and his wife was even worse. She had an attitude with me, and I could not even finish a sentence without her talking over me. Save yourself the trouble and just book everything online. Not worth the hassle.
Never got a call back from Gabriel what a superstar lol
