Wow, I am so overjoyed! Jason just sold my house which has been on market for nearly a year and went through 3 different agents previously, but no one could sell it or had the knowledge/strategy/skill/patience/integrity to sell until Jason took it over!! Best decision ever! Best result came out of it! If you want to sell your house or buy a house, Jason is THE one you should go to, he is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, upfront, with great work ethic and positive attitude! With his great strategies, honest presentation and wonderful people skill and straight forward communication skills, we got multiple offers within 3 days, thennHe seleted the most suitable one for me to ensure a quick and smooth transaction! During the transition period, Jason kept his promise to communicate with me regularly, kept me updated through out the process. Jason SAVED Me-- My Dad passed away recently & the potential buyer wanted to sue me because we had already signed the purchasing agreement , ready to exchange- My dear friend introduced me to Jason and read the purchase agreement and found the 'biggest' loop-hole' that apparently most realtors make - ensuring that the Purchase Agreement is correct- the full address, location, county etc-- so the agreement became null and void and I could leave and take care of my Dad's Funeral--What a relief!! We need more Jason's in this business - Jason, THANK-YOU from the bottom of my heart - I really do mean that - All the Best to YOU!
