Personnel is getting friendlier every time I come there.nThe only issue is that it takes way too long to get help for such a quick Examination.(DOT physical)nnAlmost 3 hours from signing in, to dismissal. We all have jobs to go to, and personal business to attend.nBut Over all not unpleasant to be there. Just too long in my opinion.nnThank you.

This was my 3rd time but 1st time at this location for my DOT physical. Though the front staff were highly professional, warm and friendly but lacked basic human touch. I used my company vehicle for this visit and hence did not carry a mask. The front lady was helpless to lend me a mask and I almost had to step OUT to get my own. I drove 11 miles from my work place to get here.nnBut the positive is their services. The NP who did my physicals was very professional and never made me feel uncomfortable, kudos to her professnalism. She was fast and knew what she was doing. Keep up the good work.

The wait in this place is extremely long, I spent 5 hours in the clinic, and the process should be fast, they have very few personnel, in the Clinic at that time there was only one doctor for so many people and the lady who gave the results to the final takes a lot of work and takes too long. She would not return to this place. I also want to say that the two stars were given by a lady who has short hair who is at the reception who speaks perfect Spanish and English, she is a very attentive woman and helps patients a lot, she is an excellent worker.

The staff was excellent! The front desk clerks interacted with the waiting room so the wait wasn't so boring.(This was on a Saturday morning) The rest of my visit was done in a timely manner and the staff was great behind the doors also! I recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

Came on a Saturday for a FIT test. I waited 2 hours for the test but they only had 1 doctor with 2 MAs. The front desk staff warned everyone that it would be a longer wait than usual because of limited staff on Saturday vs during the week. The front desk and clinical staff was very professional and nice. I recommend corporate to add another provider and maybe another MA on the weekends. I give 4 stars because my experience was good but I had to wait a long time
