I kept insurance on a vehicle that had a blown engine for six months per Bill Winn's advice so I wouldn't lose my loyalty discount but I couldn't transfer my coverage to my next vehicle because I was legaly a minor at the time of purchase of the first one so my mother's name was on the title as a cosigner but wasnt on the next one. Then when Bill Winn Left Guide One Insurance my policy was cancelled without me being notified. He told my mother when she called to make her payment what company he was going to but as I was paying online I didn't speak with him and didn't find out until I tried to pay my bill that my account was gone. This actually worked out for me because I found full coverage for about the same as I was paying for liability with Mr. Winn.
Mr.winn is a great insurance agent. He calls back when he says he can and he takes the time to find you the right insurance for your vehicle. I have had nothing but a great experience with Mr. Winn I will continue to use him for my insurance needs and I would recommend him to anyone.
