I wasn’t really looking for new insurance but I never felt pressured and he took time to explain everything to me. He even suggested that I talk my options over with a friend before following through with anything. Mitchell was able to get me better coverage for a lower rate and I couldn’t be happier to be back with StateFarm! I also received a handwritten note in the mail which affirmed my decision to switch.
