Unless you have to walk here, have no insurance, and have eons of time to waste, don't come here. I've been taking my mother here for some time due to lack of health insurance; however, today was the breaking point. The front nurse was rude, didn't speak Spanish (and terrible English I might add), and acted like I was trying to borrow 20 bucks from her. It's a decrepit, run down building, with customer service to match. Dr. Romero is probably the only reason to come here, but, you have to navigate the hostile nurses/front desk to see her. They also need an office manager/head nurse to better allocate their limited resources. Some poor woman was there today just to get blood drawn and they wouldn't see her, and I fear she may have been late to her job (if not worse).

Terrible place it is indeed. How i wish i read the reviews before visiting. I was referred by the Gwinnett Health Department. And with that i trusted the info, but my experience with these people makes me wonder if the health department is aware of their doings. The doctor informed me she was gonna call me within three once they receive my test results.nIts been over two weeks now and i have NOT heard from Dr. Musa or any member of her team. When i call, its either i'm moved to the vm or i hear and old voice recording about December 31 2019 - Jan 1 2020 stating they are closed. This is now July 2020. Everything about them from my personal experience with them is very unprofessional.

I made an appointment over a month ago, called because I forgot what day it was scheduled because never got a confirmation email or anything. Anyways, I called was told it was next Thursday but that the doctor now cancelled work that day and the following day. Her next available appointment is October 20?! Are you kidding me? Your office needs to get it together. First of all no one was going to call me to tell me... I had to call you. Second, I've waited a month and you can't try to squeeze me in sooner since you cancelled my appointment? This is ridiculous, and unprofessional. Based on your office's 2 star rating I'd say this kind of occurrence is a common theme. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been waiting over two months for a partial refund. I originally called to make sure they were able to do a specific test. The woman on the phone said yes they could. I asked the price. She told me all together my appt would be no more than $160 and no less than $140.nI went to my appointment. It took two hours for them to tell me they couldn’t run the test and to come back another day. So I did just that. The next appointment was invasive and uncomfortable, but necessary. Also took two hours. Until I realized that they wanted to charge me $200 for the test I was told I would only have to pay 30 dollars for. They also attempted to run a bunch of other unnecessary tests I never asked for and also didn’t need and tried to charge me for those. They wouldn’t make a payment plan for me so they ended up throwing my tests in the trash.nOh. And it get BETTER. While figuring this all out, the front desk woman went to lunch before refunding me my $30. I’ve been calling the office for months now trying to get my $30 back when IN REALITY I DESERVE A FULL REFUND FOR THEM WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY AND LYING TO ME SO THEY COULD STEAL MY FREAKING MONEY.nMy advice? Visit the Hope Clinic. Their tests are all covered in your single payment. They offer free therapy sessions. They treat you much better and they aren’t understaffed or rude like these people.nI want someone in authority to read this and give me a full refund because I will take further action if this isn’t resolved soon.nTaking advantage of people who are desperate enough to use a sliding scale clinic isn’t only cruel; it’s evil.

It was very hard to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment or try to get a refill. My refill request got denied, despite just having a routine exam 3 months ago. When I asked to speak to the doctor, I was told she wouldn’t be able to call me for another 2 weeks. I had to jump through a lot hoops & my issue still didn’t get resolved. I have never had such a frustrating experience with a doctors office before. I do NOT recommend Four Corners!!! I wish a zero star review was an option.
