I really appreciate Dr. Hannah Hielmans support and she put me on an appropriate medication which greatly improved my mental health. However she and the office are both extremely difficult to schedule appointments and get into contact with. They didn't tell me that I needed to make a follow up appointment in order to get my prescription. I emailed Hannah a week before my medicine ran out but she never responded. I emailed the office the day before it ran out and they insisted I call them. I called, first time they didn't respond. The second time I called again I was informed I had to make a follow up appointment before I could get any more of the medication I ran out of. I made the appointment, later someone else from the office called me and told me I had to schedule an appointment, acting as though she had no idea it had already been done. THEN when I picked up my prescription it was double the dose it was supposed to be. I would have let all the miscommunication slide but the fact I have to miss a dose of my meds because they gave me a dangerously wrong prescription is really upsetting. Prior to this I had to call often twice to confirm my appointments which was annoying and made no sense. They need to switch to some kind of online system it makes no sense how much of a mess it is.

I had an addiction and as a solution they put me on a very heavy drug. My addiction did not go away but now I cannot sleep without the medication they put me. They are not willing to refill the medication except if I schedule an appointment and pay. Worse, they cannot schedule me for 4 more days and they do not care if I miss 4 doses from a pill that cannot be ceased abruptly.

This place is Awful horrible place don't go. Find anyone else. Do not care about their patients well being at all. All they want is money

I don't want to give a 1 star because I know nothing about this place except nobody answers the phone. Left a voicemail last week, never got a call back. It's been over 48hrs. You won't get new patients that way. If you don't want new patients just answer the phone and say that. Trying others places.
