I visited Alpha Hearing and had the privilege of working with Tyler. In today's world, finding an honest person can sometimes be difficult. Tyler was caring and very honest. He cared about me and offered solutions that fit my needs versus just putting me in an expensive hearing aid. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeing Tyler if you are experiencing any hearing difficulties from hearing loss to tinnitus. Tyler will treat you like family. Thanks Tyler for being so special.

I recently moved to Georgia . I started going to alpha hearing for maintenance of my hearing aids. I had purchased my hearing aids before moving to Georgia. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the audiologist Tyler. He helped me with some issues that I was having with my hearing aids . He made adjustments for me . He tested my hearing again and explained to me why I was having the problems I had. He resolved my problems. He was professional, caring and personable. . My clarity with my hearing aids has improved.I will continue to go Alpha hearing for all my hearing needs. Tyler is awesome . I would refer anyone with hearing problems to Alpha Hearing Center .

I have worked at Alpha for almost 3 years now. I love working with Tyler. He is amazing at helping people with their hearing loss. He spends time with everyone making sure they understand their individual hearing loss and explaining all parts of the ear and how it works. When it comes to hearing aids he is undoubtedly the most educated and experienced person to have on your side. He is very compassionate and has a love for people which shines through when he's with each person. He treats his patients like they are part of his family.

My mum had a problem with her hearing aid size. Mr. Tyler was very helpful , not only did he help with that but also spent with us so much time explaining to us EVERYTHING related to her hearing loss . Also, everyone there was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
