Was out of town over the holidays and forgot a medication that I needed daily- called Dr. H and got a refill on New Years Day - never missed a beat,,,, Thanks again for the excellent service!

I have seen Dr. Craig Heigerick for over 20 years. He has been a awesome doctor and has taken great care of me. He resolved all my illnesses that were routine as well as the illnesses that were not so routine. What I consider critically important was that he was instrumental in getting me to a specialist when I had serious complications regarding complex and rare illnesses. Several times my HMO insurer made it difficult for me to go to the specialist I needed and Dr. Heigerick was instrumental in getting thru the red tape and other barriers that I had to overcome to get my insurance company to cover me He is always attentive, listened to my problems, was very compassionate, caring, and he was very accurate with his diagnosis He took the time to explain to me my medical condition, what my options were, and what his recommendation was and why he recommended the treatment he did. In the rare instance that he felt I needed to be seen by a specialist he made sure I was. I absolutely credit him and his persistence in getting me to one of only a handful of Specialist knowledgeable enough to diagnose a rare illness that I had. So its not an understatement to state that he saved my life. So my experience with Dr. Heigerick and his staff has been excellent for over 20 years.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Heigerick is! He has managed my multitude of health problems for many years and has always taken time to give me thurough care. I have seen countless Doctors over my lifespan and he is by far the best. He is genuine and treats you like family, I never feel rushed and he goes above and beyond for his patients. I would give him 100 stars if I could!

Wonderful staff! Wonderful Drs. Dr Irene was great and helped me overcome anxiety. She was very knowledgeable and informative. They were very nice and understanding about me having to pay fully out of pocket.
