Horrible Experience. Refill needed on prescription and never submitted by doctor. Was told by “on-call” doctor that there is nothing they can do because “they are closed” at 12pm on a Friday and absolutely zero way for me to get my prescription until they open again. Keep in mind this was absolutely zero fault of my own and 100% there fault for not submitting the prescription. Absolutely unacceptable. Correct action would be for them to resubmit the prescription and figure it out on there end. Naturally this did not happen.nnDo NOT count on this practice to be there for you in ANY way outside of their “hours”.

Please do not go to this clinic. The lack of care is disgusting. On several occasions the provider forgot to put in prescriptions, and the after hours service is pointless.nnThe Hope Clinic does not provide many services and if you need a referral they will tell you to find someone yourself.nnWhen trying to put in a formal complaint I was told they did not have one, yet when I threatened to report the provider to the board, an older woman showed up and said she was the office manager. She was very rude.nnPlease if you want care do not go here.

This place truly cares for its patients. They constantly are providing top notch care for patients who might otherwise not be able to afford proper healthcare. The staff are friendly and courteous. Despite having a large amount of patients they are able to schedule appointments fairly quickly. I absolutely recommend this place.

I was referred to Dr. Martin, from a neurologist I seen, due to recent exposure to 3M Adhesive Remover, which contains Xylene, which I have not only experienced serious side/health affects, but it has seriously done damage to me.nAt the time, unfortunately, we had no health insurance, and have been to several doctors, including the ER at Gwinnett Medical.nNo one seemed to listen to me, rather said I must have been using some street drugs, to I had severe vertigo, MS, Lupus, a stroke, to so much more.nI have since talked to a guy, who went through a similar situation as I and was shocked that no one looked up Xylene, to see the affects it has on a person. I have been told by several people that this product I used, should never had been available for the general public to buy, including the lab lady, at The Hope Clinic.nExplain to me why a “doctor”, who went to medical school to become a doctor, never took the time to listen to me, nor research just how serious or potentially deadly Xylene could be to a person?nInstead of properly introducing himself, the first time we met, he said to me “you are never going to get better”. Um, ok, I will not take that for an answer.nUnfortunately, I went back, several times, but finally put my foot down and told my husband that I refuse to go back. Dr. Martin told me that I was getting better, with the meds, he prescribed me, but if you look at the side affects, Dizziness was mentioned. I was experiencing serious dizziness, the last thing I needed was to have an RX, which would cause more Dizziness, instead of helping me.nI was not feeling any better, as he claimed I was doing better.nI have since started DDPY, after being so desperate to feel better, this was back in March. I watched the video on Arthur Boorman, please feel free to google. It needs to be known. I started doing DDPY Rebuild, and my balance, motor skills and much more were starting to improve. 6 months into the program, for once I feel like my old self is finally starting to come back.nI can see life in me again, I can see weight loss happening, I can see muscle tone starting to appear, my sense of humor is starting to return, my reactions are starting to come back. It’s amazing.nDr. Martin appeared to have no interest in helping me get disability, nor would he refer me to someone who might help.nFor four years now, I have been out of work, unable to work. I’ve had to sell my house, because we could no longer afford it, move back in with my mom, until I could recover and get better and get back to the life I once had.nI am doing a lot better and my new doctor that replaced Dr. Martin, because he just didn’t meet my needs, took me off my Statin and another drug, 4 weeks ago. What also makes me upset is that Dr. Martin never once said to me, you know to be sure, let’s have you seen by an eye doctor to make sure all is ok. My eye doctor said he should not be checking your eyes, as he clearly doesn’t know what to look for.nI have diabetic retinopathy, because if Dr. Martin.nI have been receiving eye injections, yes, a needle stuck in each of my eyes, since December. This could have been prevented, if Dr. Martin had me seen by an eye doctor much sooner, but never suggested I see one. Thankfully, I have gone from 20/25 to 20/20 vision. Not only is my eye sergeantnImpressed by my healing and how DDPY Rebuild it helping me, but my new GP is also impressed as well.nI will be on DDP Radio, telling myself story, September 30th, 9pm, it’s a podcast and free to listen.nBut I want my story heard, of all I have dealt with and no doctors seem to listen to me, nor took the time to search Xylene, as they would have seen what Xylene does to a person and have a better understanding on how to treat it.nDDPY Rebuild is working for me and helping me on the road to recovery and I thank God everyday for the improvements I am making.
