My experience here was amazing. The entire staff was so welcoming and understanding. Usually when you go into a dentist office you can expect people to be rude and only care about the money. but its the complete opposite here. Dr. Q is super sweet and patient. She explains all your option thoroughly and is open to doing whats best for you. Jackie, was also amazing. She continued to follow up with me and reached out to me if I needed anything. The entire staff were all super sweet. I recommend this place.

I was a new patient today. I showed up at 12:30 for my 1:00 appointment. At 1:15 they pulled me back. I looked past them being late to get me back. After taking xrays, I was sat in a hygiene room and left there. At 2:20 someone finally said the hygienist was about to be in. I asked about how much longer I would be there and was told an hour. I was not going to stay until 3:30 for a 1:00 appointment so I opted to leave. I prefer an office that is on time or at least open about running behind instead of leaving me alone to wait. No one introduced themselves to me or did anything to make my inconvenience better. If this is how they treat new patients, I would hate to see how they treat everyone else. I will be looking for a more personable dental home.

I'm only giving them a 2 because the receptionist was nice and the lobby was clean. I went in at 12:40 for my 1:00 appointment. They didn't take me back for xrays until almost 1:30. The girl doing them seemed very inexperienced. Then when they took me back for my cleaning, I sat there and waited til after 2:30 until they actually started the cleaning. They tried to sell me multiple things I didn't need and set up a future appointment before they started the cleaning. I was very frustrated and will not be going back

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The front end receptionist Ashley C., was very friendly and helpful. Ashley's smile was amazing and she 100% professional. Dr. Nguyen was AMAZING!! He was polite, explained everything before he did it and was HONEST about my treatment plan. He is also so gentle. I will never go to another dental office as long as Dr. Nguyen is here. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am so happy!!!!
