I had a great experience at Dr. Davis Orthodontics. My teeth look amazing and I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is pleasant and staff is very friendly. Even though the beginning of COVID delayed my appointments...I had a great experience throughout. Thanks to the staff for all that you do. Changing lives and smiles.

Mrs. Ophelia at the front desk was an absolute doll all the time! I loved my girls Shanell and Jenna, they were always very genuine and the sweetest! And of course Dr. Davis is amazing at what she do! She always kept it real and got me right !

The people here are so nice!!!!! I was kind of expecting my visits to be like that of a dentist appointment, I was very happily proven to be wrong. After the second time I had gone in everyone who had interacted with me the times before could and did greet me by name. Even when I completely forgot about my appointment, they were able to promptly set up a new one for me. If I ran out of supplies to help with having braces I only needed to ask and they would give me a restock of what I was asking for, in a little goody bag too!!!! They practice the proper safety measures when taking X-Rays so that nothing and no one got any extra Radiation (they also play quiet space movie noises when the machine turns on which is SO COOL). In summary, not only are they great at their jobs and practice correct safety measures, but they are also great as people and are able to create a very comfortable environment.

Yikes.. I got my braces from here when I was younger and I am still scarred from my horrible experience. I am currently looking for another office as now I am older and this one popped up as a recommendation so I felt inclined to write a review. You really get what you pay for and I highly recommend if you’re reading this you steer away. I will never forget my horrific experience here and how badly I was treated as a child.. On one visit, I was continuously poked in the mouth and after telling the doctor multiple times she was stabbing and hurting me she got frustrated and told me she couldn’t work on me anymore and called another doctor. Not to mention there was tons of blood from her inability to listen and be patient and gentle. I am questioning myself if your staff was even trained properly! I remember the staff was so rough on most of the visits and I just absolutely hated coming here. This was not the experience I had with my first set of braces at Smiles Forever in Duluth. They were actually gentle and kind. This practice listened to concerns and were extremely professional. I truly question myself how this place has stayed open for so long. STAY AWAY
