They continuously forget to give you all the books that you need for your classes. I have also been given the WRONG access code.
I recently had my cards at the Georgia Gwinnett College Bookstore in Sherman Oaks I psychic Dawn Marlowe this psychic revealed some things that blew me away and was so exact it was almost scary I will refer all my friends and family be going back for future readings she was more accurate than any other psychic in all of my years that I have ever been to.
THE WORST service I've ever received today. They took forever to answer a simple question for me. I ordered books online and they charged my card and then put my order on hold. It turns out when I got there that they failed to notify me that they DIDN'T HAVE THE BOOKS IN STOCK!! I wasted two weeks waiting on books that weren't coming anytime soon(they said it would take 2-3 MORE WEEKS to receive them). I have assignments that RELY on me having the textbooks. I could go on and on but basically if you're going to get textbooks from them, go in person! Or prepare to have your time AND money wasted. Thanks for the refund though... that's the least they could do.
Expensive but it has a lot of options
