This is my third time going there within 3 years. I love the selection of merch. Every time I’ve come through, I’ve always bought merchandise. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The manager apparently asked if we needed help, which I appreciate, but I’m so disappointed with the customer service at the desk. No greeting, no thank u, no NOTHING. Very poor customer service each visit. The staff always are laughing within their group and when we check out, it’s dead silence. I will not be giving my money to cavender’s anymore. ✌🏼

I went here to return a pair of knee high boots I had ordered the wrong size online, there was probably 6 staff members at the checkout. Very standoffish and quite, and their selection of women's boots leaves a lot to be desired. I reordered online.😉

I had the very enjoyable experience of purchasing a pair of boots from Cavender's. The selection was good, prices seemed comparable to other boot stores and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Max helped me choose a pair of boots that would make working outside on acreage more comfortable. Because I am a 67 year old grandma and not very experienced at selecting work boots I was grateful for his knowledge and assistance. He is a wonderful representative for Cavender's. I will absolutely return for my next purchase.
