I’ve been a frequent customer for years but unfortunately I didn’t like my experience. I was followed around the store. I was pressured to try things on I didn’t like. I had to go back and forth with a sales associate telling her I didn’t like it. Also the other sales associate said she recognized me from a medical office and she started talking about my personal business. Another thing I didn’t like is at the register I told that I wanted to pay for some things separately. Her voice became a little hostile so I had to be the peace maker and tell her it’s ok several times. Then she asked me where do I work and what school my kids attend. She was so nosy. However I ended up buying my items but I’m returning my items because I don’t like them. I rather shop at the Ted Baker boutique and not this location again.

I like this store, it's usually pretty slow during the week and everyone is always helpful and friendly.
