Craig has been my agent for I think about 10 yrs? He saved me a significant amount of money all those years ago which is what made me switch from the “usual suspect” brands. This year, he called me out of the blue that he had shopped my policies and found a better option that would save me $400 a year with the same level of service!! I didn’t have to call and ask him to do that- he just does it! Any claims I’ve had over the years have been smooth and easy breezy. Can’t say enough good things about using Craig for my insurance needs. Ask him to quote your coverage just to see if you’re getting the best deal!

We just moved to Georgia and had to find an insurance agent for our car and auto. Craig is the absolute best! He and his team are so responsive and helpful! They take the time to explain your options and work hard to find the best rates. I have never worked with such a great agent before! They have made the process so easy. I highly recommend them.

I have used Southern Way for the past 8 years for Auto, Home, & Personal Umbrella. I have been very happy with the products and service he provides. They are quick to answer my questions. Craig makes a point to call me if he sees something I might need (windshield protection, Golf Cart insurance) to keep me covered. The one claim I have had with him, he has called several times to check on the progress and to make sure the company is keeping me informed. Thanks.
