This has been my agent for 3 years. When Alexander Thomas worked there he was always prompt with responding. Since he left I have never been able to reach my agent or his office. In 9 months I’ve reached out to him 3 times via phone/email during office hours, for three separate issues, all with no response. This last time, last Friday and again this Monday, I reached out to cancel my policy. He has not responded to two voicemails, one email, and two messages sent from American Family regarding my policy. I eventually removed my payment info from the my policy page to prevent them from drafting on Friday. I still don’t know if I will receive a refund for previous payments because nobody can reach this agent. Terribly frustrating and very unprofessional.

When we were looking for a policy for our first home, Eric gave us a quote that was much better than what we'd found through other vendors. He also gave us different scenarios for bundling policies and took the time to review what would fit us best; his coverages and premiums were so much better than the auto and life policies we already had that we switched everything to American Family and couldn't be happier. Any time we have a question or need something, Eric personally responds quickly.

Rate was better than anyone else around. Also had multiple packages prepared so we could compare. Would highly recommend. Great customer service.

My Wife and I have been doing business with Eric for almost 3 years now. I trust Eric and his team with all of my Insurance business. Eric is a stand up guy who is very easy to do business with.
