I tried to call for information regarding public access/ protocol during the pandemic was never able to get through. I did did the online chat and was informed that I would not be allowed to attend a hearing. My issue with this is that it is against the law to deny public access to open court proceedings. So basically an officer of the court broke the law and no one cares. Shocker!

As others have mentioned, they certainly struggle in terms of responding to voice mails and emails; however, the worst part about this place is that the employees are rude and unknowledgeable. Deputy clerk James Parks is particularly bad at his job. As he is rude, belittling, and in general doesn't seem to be aware of the tax payer and public servant dynamic to say the least.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Rude staff and have no sense of respect. They wont look you in the eye and mumbble every word. People i heard the phone ringing constantly and no one picked up. One time they picked up the phone just to hang up

Need a change, a new clerk of court to revamp to the whole system, and maybe a fresh start with costumer service as the focus.
