BUYER BEWARE! I'm sharing my experience to help prevent other customers from losing their money to Uniform Discount, as I have. I placed an online order at uniformdiscount.com in April 2020, and the invoice amount was paid (>$150). Since that time I have waited, called, left voicemail messages (no one ever answers the phone), sent messages through the company website, and sent emails directly to the customer support email address... NOTHING - no shipment, no refund, no explanation, no response whatsoever. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes they could mediate the situation, but no response from Uniform Discount was ever made. It appears that the website is still up and running, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
