I came in to make a return for my wife and was met with disorganization. There is no service desk so I saw a young man with a loss prevention shirt on so I asked him where to go to do a return and he pointed to the 2 lines of women with carts of merchandise in line to pay for their items and said just get in line. The check out process is not a fast one and I understand after finally getting to my turn at the checkout. The cashiers obviously need some training.
When I went shopping to tjmaxx, I saw a lot of people who enter into this shop.nAt that time, I'd never been there, so I tried shopping there. Wow! It was awesome!nThere stocks were good quantities reponsible prices. I will go there again!

Ron the store manager is extremely rude. He doesn't have any customer service etiquettes. I have been shopping from this store since many years, however lately when I tried to return one of the items right next day of my purchase .. he refused to take it back by saying it looks used. I asked him to keep the item and sell/donate or take it home for his use. Anyways the items sold in this store are rarely unused.
Man I Grew up with Ross 20+years ago and went today and was impressed with prices, products availability and staff was nice and very friendly.nBelieve cashier said her name was Jasika?nNot sure how to pronounce nor spell. I give her a outstanding review on friendly, curterous, and very inviting after I reported to be moving from out of state and said a little biography on my behalf.
