We went to sell some items today at Platos Closet total rip off. Sold a few pairs of shoes and there was a brand new pair of Ugg heels (worth $130) they separated from the order then shared we can give you $45.We declined and ask for a couple of items back and figured out in the process the Ugg new heels were not part of the offer. So we are like where is the Ugg heels? So had we accepted the initial offer they did not include the Ugg’s which would of basically would of left as a free pair of shoes to sell (valued at $100-$130 never been worn in original box). We asked where are the Ugg heels and she gave them back to us. Not ok! Plus teach your staff how to fold the items in place in a bag not ball it up like it’s going to the trash when you do purchase something.
