Cons:nn1. This is a teaching salon- the girls who are learning are VERY talented, though and not “just starting out”, but they are still learning (that being said- nothing is done without supervision and most, of not all color is applied by Jacque or Berni)n2. Jacque doesn’t cut hair- I believe Berni is the only one in the salon who cuts hairn3. They play musical chairs a lot- you sit here sit there, one person shampoos, another colors, another cuts- I don’t love thisn4. Not very time efficient- they schedule multiple people at the same time. Took me 3 hours for a root smudge, tone, and trimn5. Pricing is high(er)nnPros:nn1. Everyone is extremely friendlyn2. Jacque and Berni are knowledgeable and very great teachers to the girls learning in the salonn3. The girls still “learning” do an AWESOME shampoo. I could’ve fallen asleepn4. End product ALWAYS looks fantasticn5. Location is convenient if you’re in downtown Cumming

Berni and Jacque are a great team! They have been doing my hair for over 15 years. Their entire staff in the salon is so sweet. Berni, Jacque, and their team make you feel right at home and like you are family. They have the best smelling candles there for sale, a long with jewelry and hair products. I will never be going to another salon!
