I resend my previous review. I contacted this business back in DECEMBER. Gave them money upfront because I was told the job can be done quick and easy no problem (which was a huge mistake on my part). It is now APRIL, my car is still not complete, nothing has even been worked on. I have given Jason $4,000 and have heard nothing but excuses as to why it cannot be done. At this point I am done with this bs and am prepared to seek legal action if I do not receive a refund or complete the job. He has promised he can work on it next week. I do not trust his word which is why I have decided to turn to social media. If he’s able to follow through I will gladly take my post down.
Referred to this shop by Tire Rack as a preferred installer. The tires were shipped to the shop and I received a call from Jason the day they arrived. Made appointment and had new tires installed/balanced and I am thrilled. Fair upfront pricing and best of all, NO SURPRISES!! Will be back and recommend to friends.
I am curious about which way I should go with adding more power to my car. I got some very helpful insight from Jason. Would highly recommend them. They know what they are talking about.
