Herbert Automotive has been very good in the big and obvious ways but also in small ways like their lightening fast oil change service. who likes to wait too long for that. they DO what they say they're going to do. Scott is the go to man over their!
Excellent service quick turn around no up-selling. Needed a timing belt replaced and a vibration diagnosed. A day later picked up the van with a new timing belt, engine mounts, transmission service, oil change and problems solved.....everything is smooth as butter!!! Highly recommend.
Was able to get my emissions done in a timely manner. John was amazing, definitely will go back.
Jacob Cochran (Service Advisor) and Scott Moulder (Manager) are always helpful, knowledgeable, and very competitive with pricing. They have taken good care of our vehicles and we trust them to give us honest answers to our questions. We highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
