Recently got a huge nail in my tire on a Saturday afternoon. Every tire place was super packed! I spoke with Jason and he was extremely informative and gave me the straight facts, which I appreciated while being extremely professional yet friendly when answering all my questions. I was not quite ready to purchase 4 new tire (I knew they were wearing down and it would be soon) but given the circumstances, I felt confident in my purchase and had a very positive experience. I actually prefer the service here than at Jackson Acura where I have been getting my vehicle serviced. Glad I found this awesome place, keep up the great work!

Great service, worked with me on the price, met the quote from my other mechanic. Had the work done in a few hours and replaced a part for free but he didn't have to I would have paid but they don't like changing the price after they inspect and quote.

wow. I am at a loss for words! I made a pit-stop at this location just the other day for a quick tire rotation and for my brake pads to be replaced. Much to my chagrin, the employees decided it would be wiser to converse about football and eat tuna sandwiches rather than work on my car which I had been paying good money to be serviced. The must of the ill-lit, cramped waiting room made me nauseous! I had waited over 2 hours for my vehicle and by the time I had got home, I inspected my vehicle and found many errors in their work! I will absolutely not be going here ever again, and that's for sure!!

I can't say enough positive about Jason here. He turned my bad experience with Mavis around. I had nails in a main tire and my spare. He went out of his way to help out. He price matched a competitor so I could do all my business with Pep Boys. I ended up buying 4 tires, a spare, hazard warranties and a lifetime alignment package. He was very confident and seemed very knowledgeable. Will be back.
