This location has the absolute best service of any auto service center I've ever used. Bryan (the Manager) is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic I have ever known. If he says something needs done, you can guarantee he's looking out for your (and your car's) best interest. I have 5 cars that occasionally need serviced and Bryan has been my go-to guy for years.
My sons engine would crank but not stay running. Had to have it towed to Herbert. Bryan Smith and his staff diagnosed the problem and had it running same day- fantastic turnaround service. The professionalism and quality of their services leave no doubt why we take all 4 of our vehicles there!

I can't say enough good things about Herbert Emissions, especially Brian!! They give you an honest appraisal of your options, and give the best price and quickest service they can.nnI took my van in with an emissions problem and Brian and Crew worked very hard to get it repaired quickly. My van's problem was tricky and Brian spent a lot of time researching so they wouldn't replace parts that my van didn't need.nnHerbert Emissions is my go to for auto repair from now on!!nnA side note: One reviewer complained about the shop's cleanliness. I personally had no problem sitting in the waiting area. Granted, it's not new and sparkling clean like a dealership's waiting area, but it's a small shop and the mechanics also work the front desk. I found the waiting area quite acceptable.
