I had an absolute amazing experience with this shop starting from the initial phone call to having them inspect my truck. They took the time on the phone to answer all my questions and concerns, that made me comfortable to leave my truck with them. Their diagnosis showed it was an ignition problem and nothing to do with the transmission, after picking up my truck I replaced the spark plug wires like they recommended and the issue was fixed. I will recommend them to anyone that needs automotive repairs, they are honest knowledgeable and really care about the customer.
Dale and his partner do excellent work, these guys went above for me, Highly recommend this business , they built me a Transmission exactly the way I wanted it, 5-star business in my book
I had a great experience there, I called around to price shop and they had the best price with multiple warranty options. I dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up on a Thursday. They were faster than I expected because they told me my car would be ready by Friday. Fair and honest place for a transmission rebuild. Great job guys!
The best customer service I ever seen in a while. The diagnosis was on point.
They were not able to properly diagnose and fix the problem I had with my transmission. They are also not able to fix any electrical issues. I am out of thousands of dollars without a resolution.
