I made a booking for a property that is managed by this company on Airbnb. We were there for less than 12 hours due to condition of the rental. Unclean, dead and live bugs, no blinds for privacy. The property manager only agreed to refund me for one night meanwhile got paid for two nights I didn’t stay there.
Ignored a perfectly good Airbnb request. Either they listed the place wrong or someone over there is not doing their job.
