I was shopping at your Lenox Atlanta store with my husband, looking at your winter capes. I did not find what I am precisely looking for. Nevertheless, it has been a long, long, time that I had such an amazing client experience in a store. I am sensitive to smart, natural, talented sales person: small talk, efficient, up selling, presentation of the new collection, closing of the sale everything was there !nMore and more unfortunately, I notice less training or life style experience within sales assistant approach.nMrs Inshirah C, welcomed us around the holidays when people go do returns and exchanges.I was blown away by her style and very clever natural sales act: she is in my top 5 best client experience for the past 2 years.nI felt really bad I could not find the cape I have had in mind, but because of her I will keep going back specifically to this location.n2 weeks later I decided to send a word directly to your head office because she deserves it and your management as well.nThank you to make the client experience still be a thing : that he buys or not, the client will surely comeback. ud83dudc43
