The Personnel is very courteous. They have worked on my car before.
We broke down on the way home from Blue Ridge to Tampa. We had our vehicle towed after hours and dropped the key in the slot. Chris was so helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help us. I’d recommend All Pro to anyone needing transmission service.
This place was a nightmare for me and my wife. We had our car towed to this this facility for a overheating problem and they replaced the thermostat. Well the next day we were driving around in a neighboring town and the check engine light came on and the temperature gauge shot all the way up again. They charged us $265 dollars for the thermostat repair and the car did the same thing. We had to get the car towed again and on top of that had to pay for someone to take us home. We found another repair shop to take it to. They refused to refund us the money because we didn't bring it back to them. Why would we take that chance and end up stranded again. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place.
Excellent customer service. Awesome team. Overall very happy with my experience.
All Pro Auto is excellent. We, too, broke down on the road on our way to Florida. We were fearful it was something serious, but luckily it was only a sensor and All Pro fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Not to mention everyone there was extremely kind and helpful!
