I had an extraordinary experience shopping with the ladies at this store over the holiday. I was shopping for gifts for the women in my family and everyone was extremely attentive and gave me fantastic suggestions. Every gift I gave was met with adoration and wide eyes. You ladies made me look great!! I worked with the manager and two other associates and they went above and beyond - they gave expert suggestions on sizes, pieces for each member of my family and beautifully packaged each item for me so I could drop them off to be wrapped just before Christmas. If you want to shop this brand, go to THIS store! They are THE BEST!

THE best customer service I have ever had ANYWHERE! I live in Vermont and we don;t have a Johnny Was store here so I actually order through the Atlanta store, because there is a dedicated and friendly young man working there named Damien, who helps me pick clothes and is sure to help if I need another size sent back and forth from Atlanta to Vermont! I love Johnny Was fabrics and styles and you can NOT beat this kind of customer service! Cheers to Damien at Johnny Was Atlanta!
