We got our daughters ears pierced here over the weekend and we really appreciated the nice and patient young ladies that took care of us! They did a great job, with efficient and professional support. The girls are loving their new look!!!

My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for her 6th birthday. After speaking to some friends and reading reviews we chose to do it at the Phipps Plaza Claires. My daughter was very brave and super excited to get her ears pierced. Well, the gun malfunctioned and only pierced half way through her ear!!!! She was so traumatized that she chose to walk away, tearfully, without trying again because it hurt her so bad.nI would not recommend this place. The employee’s only response was “I’m so sorry, I don’t know happened”.
When to get my daughter's ears pierced and the staff work that help us was very kind and patient. We got exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it done. Would definitely recommend this location to others.
