Came here to pick up a Christmas gift for my mom. I’m 17 and a little clueless, but the staff were so patient and they made me feel very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they even offered complimentary boxing. Will definitely be shopping here again!

I came in with my girlfriend and we are quite young but that does not mean to write us off? The customer service was terrible and there were three employees on the floor that did not even try to talk to us to figure out if we needed help? They continued talking about their personal lives and we just left. My mother loves kate spade but after witnessing that not sure if I would enter another store. Ended up purchasing my girlfriend a bag and wallet from Tory where they actually made us feel welcomed.
