I walked into the store this week and noticed the black female employee working in February was no longer there. Diversity is needed in this store, I brought my daughter in on valentines day and was greeted with the only brown female in a store that I usually see Caucasian women dominate. I felt excited to have my 5 year old daughter see her mommy purchase from someone youthful. I love Tiffany, my husband purchased me my first Return To Tiffany Heart necklace and I've been hooked since. hopefully like other retailers in Phipps I can walk in and see more black women behind your counter.

Regan Reinhold was our the associate who helped us choose the perfect wedding band today. She has worked at Tiffany for 20 years and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and didn’t pressure us to buy or make any sort of decision at all. We felt safe and all of the associates were wearing masks. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend her and this location to anyone looking for a wedding band or jewelry in general!

Completely blown away by the absolute lack of customer service. I have been a long-standing fan for years but to arrive at the Phipps Plaza location today to find a line of very disappointed customers waiting with no communication from the location and no one on site to explain why the store is closed during published operating hours was more than disappointing given how much time energy and money Tiffany and Company typically requires. In addition when calling the corporate number no information is available. Honestly at this point I’m not sure I’ll ever be a customer of this company again given how they handled whatever situation was going on today. Note the mall had power and none of the other stores appeared to have any issues. In addition when you try to call the local store there is no information forthcoming. Hope you haven’t had to travel very far today to get anything from Tiffany and Company Atlanta but if you are headed this way, I strongly suggest reconsidering.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Kavita & Nancy. Kavita was very knowledgeable and helpful - my husband was between sizes and she ensured we would have plenty of time to make any changes needed, while also giving us great recommendations - of course the size she recommended worked! We selected a beautiful brushed rose gold band to match my engagement ring color. Nancy was so lovely in helping me with the engraving on the inside of the band. She even remembered the meaning when I came to pick it up - something as simple as that and receiving a hand written note from Kavita is the level of customer experience you expect from Tiffany's and will keep us as customers for life. Thank you for making our experience so special.
