I had a great experience with the Dekalb Community Services Board staff. The staff all introduced themselves and were very pleasant and reassuring. The nurse who brought me in was hilarious. I told her I liked her pig tails, and that set the tone. She just made me laugh the whole time and had a plethora of compliments for me. She even took the info down for the wrap I was wearing. Lol great experience!

I've only gone to this clinic for two days, but I like it a lot. The front desk and the therapist, doctor, and nurse were pleasant and easy to talk to. They were also detailed and told me everything I needed to know. I also appreciated that my appointments were right on time. The office looks nice and clean.

They can't keep psychiatrists and lack males on their staff. Psychiatrists are mostly dismissive when/if they listen to their patients. They forget they serve their patients. PATIENTS!!! Don't annoy them because they will falsify your medical records. Ask to see your file. You have that right.
