The very first positive was pulling into a parking lot, which was free, and not being totally lost. The new facility, is absolutely fabulous; without the challenge of working your way through a maze. The receptionists were the usual efficient, friendly faces I have come to know and appreciate. Dr Waddell again exceeded my expectation with his medical knowledge and with his easy approach. OrthoAtlanta will continue to be my go to for any of the various ailments an old goat like me may have.

From the well placed social distanced seating and marks on the floor for the front desk; to the very friendly from office staff; to the very friendly care staff.The x-ray tech was very friendly and gentle. Walked me through everything he was doing. Now Dr Waddell- he asked great questions, he listened, and I did not feel rushed through my appointment. The kindness and gentleness was genuine right down to the steroid shot in my hip. I couldn't recommend this office enough.

I could not ask for better Doctors. I had three surgeries now with them and it has taken care of me. The Care, politeness form the team is so special and bed side manors the doctors give you is the best. They have a beautiful team!

I went in today for a gel injection in both knees and the experience was better than I thought it would be.nI never had this type of treatment before but whennDr Waddell reminded me to breathe it was tolerable and wasn’t so bad.nThe Customer Service was fantastic. The nurse even walked me to the door holding my heavy purse.nShe asked if I needed her to walk me to the parking lot but I told her I could make.nDr Waddell and the staff have been so kind.nI would recommend this office to a friend or family member who needs its services.

Dr Waddell did an outstanding job removing my torn meniscus. I was walking on it the next day. I could not have wished for a better result. And he made it so easy and understandable with his explanation and the nurses and supporting staff where amazing - not an easy job to do nowadays - and they made me very comfortable and almost feel at home.
