All I can say is from my initial phone call to book the appointment and my arrival at their office, located in Peidmont Hospital, suite 535, the receptionist was the best and super friendly. The tech who did my eye exam was extremely thorough. She was also very friendly. My doctor was also fantastic. She belayed any uneasy I had. I went in because 10 days ago I woke up to black floaters in my left eye. At any rate this whole office is great they get a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. I well use them from now on. Thank you.

I enjoyed my visit starting with the front desk reception pleasant and friendly an all female team.nDorothy the Tech assigned to me was efficient, knowledge and made me cried (just kidding the eye drops) and laughed I truly enjoyed interacting with her. Great personality and made me comfortable. Dr Desai and her assistant were a good team with Dr Desai taking the time to answer my questions. I looked forward to this visit and was not disappointed with the level of professionalism that you ladies showed. See you next year.

Dr. Desai is wonderful! She really took the time to explain my findings thoroughly and allowed for questions afterwards. Her staff is great too - I had several questions regarding coverage with my new insurance and they were patient with me through the entire process. Highly recommend !

Words will not describe how grateful I am for the talents of Dr. Sapna Desai & her professional empathetic & welcoming staff. After being 95% blind in my right eye & 60% blind in my left eye due to early stages of advanced cataracts for ova 5 months during a pandemic & the endless search for an eye specialist within metro Atlanta Dr. Desai was able to quickly meet with me, fully explain in detail step by step the full understanding of what was wrong with my vision & how I would soon be healed & be on my way to restoring my vision to the way that God wanted it to be. Losing my vision was truly a life changing experience. I was frustrated at life & often helpless with the basic functions in life like driving a car, cooking or being able to simply walk down the street. It has all came to an end thanks to the talent & support of Dr. Desai & her amazing support staff.nI will foreva be grateful to say the least. Much Prayers & Blessings to anyone out there that may eva experience such a thing & just known that there are amazing ppl in this world that are ready willing & able to be there for you such as Dr. Desai & her support staff.nThank you!
