I appreciate the straight-forward honesty of Gordon and his staff. He let me know what repairs were needed along with an estimate of how urgent each one was. I had them do the work and appreciate the smooth running car! Very professional and honest.

A trustworthy mechanic shop: Far East Motor Works was fast with their work, honest and skilled. They exceeded my expectation. I was informed at a Honda dealer that my car had an oil leak, which they didn’t discover two weeks prior when they did the oil change on my car, but discovered it at the second visit when I was getting the battery replaced. I asked if the oil leak was related to the oil change (if not done right then a common cause for oil leak). Their answer was ‘NO’. I asked them to double check, they again said ‘not the oil change’. Instead, they recommended a diagnostic test and said it was the timing case and wanted to charge a large amount of money. I took the car home, and did notice where I parked my car before had a fresh oil stain, so I parked mu car at a different spot and observed it for two days, this time I noticed no new oil stain. Interesting... so oil leak started after the first visit with the honda dealer, but stopped after the second visit? I wanted a second professional opinion so I went to Far East Motor. In less than one hour, they informed me there was signs of previous oil leak (lots of it) in the pan. There was a little old stain near the timing case but not a lot, so the lots of oil leak in the pan is unlikely due to the timing case. They cleaned the stains, ran the car for another 30 min, observed no new leak or stain... doesn’t that say something? When they gave me the bill, it printed zero dollar as the balance. They did it for free, did not charge me, did not offer unnecessary repair, and explained everything they did and found. I was so thankful. Now that’s a trustworthy mechanic shop...

The only place I will take for maintenance on my Honda and Acura. Gordon and crew are the best at what they do. Highly recommend.

I've serviced many cars here over the years - from a 1998 Honda Civic to 2014 Honda Pilot - and would recommend them to anyone! These guys are trustworthy and reliable.
