Dr.Grasso & his staff went above and beyond and created an amazing experience for me in their office.

Dr. Grasso is AMAZING! His nursing staff is too! Both my husband and I have seen Dr Grasso for years now. He literally saved my husband’s life! He went to him with mysterious pain that couldn’t be diagnosed. Dr. Grasso took x rays and couldn’t see anything wrong and was absolutely insistent that we go straight to emergency room where they found blood clots in my husband’s lungs! We never would have known!!nI’ve been suffering from back pain for several years now. Dr, Grasso and his staff have been great! He always takes the time to listen and explains everything to me. He always gives me all my options and actually listens to what I have to say! Needless to say, I can’t recommend him more!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but Dr. Grasso & his admin team were the worst. I have Cervical Spondylosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Osteoarthritis and only get relief with RFA/RFL shots for my cervical pain. Medial Branch Blocks were required first to make sure they were effective first. I waited 2 hours for that scheduled procedure. The follow up appointment they were behind and his PA couldn’t see me at 2p but said I could wait until 4p & she would squeeze me in (Jill). I had to leave so I didn’t get the appointment I booked. The DAY before my big procedure (RFL) admin called to say UHC declined coverage. I had an MRI & it showed my condition. UHC had approved this same procedure in 2017! Your diagnosis can only worsen over time. UHC said it was because Dr. Grasso did not make the proper notations for my RFA shots to be done. I was devastated. They went on to tell me it wasn’t their fault. I had to pay $1600 out of pocket per shot. I filed a claim with UHC & GA Insurance Commissioner. Both investigated and agreed not only was it because he noted the WRONG code for my RFA shots as Cervical Radiculopothy on my diagnosis, he had TWO legal chances to both appeal & correct his mistake on my behalf and didn’t. UHC offers, by law, 2 peer to peer doctor calls to CORRECT & discuss the wrong coding. Two phone calls were scheduled with Dr. Grasso to talk to a doctor with UHC, and he MISSED both calls. That cost me, the patient suffering, relief from a procedure I not only desperately needed, but I had met my deductible so it would have been covered 100% by United. He & his team never filed an appeal. I did all I could. This was August 2020. Today, March 2021, UHC approved the SAME procedure with another doctor (Dr. Mefford) because all codes on the paperwork were correct. Just like that. One visit.nDone. Bas news is my deductible isn’t satisfied for 2021, but paying a little more out of pocket is worth it for a caring doctor and staff who did their job right. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Grasso to anyone. I know it’s negative to review this way, but if it spares someone else from all this chaos, it’s worth it.

If I could them 20 stars I would , the experience I had here was one of the best I have ever had at a medical doctor's office. From the wonderful person that test you to come in from covid, to the the receptionist in the front, then when I got to the back, Jennifer was the best, she was so nice had the best personality, and made me feel so welcomed, then when Dr. Lily came in and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Then she was great with my treatment. They even worked me in this day. As I was leaving they were so concern and asked me to call with any concerns. If you ever have a need for pain management, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I loved everything about Non-Surgical Orthopedics!!!

I recently was in a car accident. Every doctor I visited, immediately tried to prescribe medicine rather than fix the problem. Dr. Grasso was just the opposite. He wanted to completely understand what was going on before determining how to treat me. The staff there is so friendly and the office has a great layout and flow. I'm so grateful that I was able to find him.
